Over the years, Blackaller Engineering has made many friends in the real estate community in Northeast Texas. Realtors, mortgage companies, lenders, insurance companies and title companies trust our surveys as the standard in professionalism.

As a full service land surveying company, we not only provide Land Title Surveys for real estate sales and purchases, but also provide surveys and descriptions for everything from access and utility easements to cell phone towers and billboard locations. We have also provided surveys of accident sites to investigators and attorneys.

Blackaller Engineering has complete GPS (global positioning satellite) surveying. We also provide the oil and gas industry with pipeline surveys and Railroad Commission plats for well locations and drilling permits.

Blackaller Engineering also makes subdivisions. We can partition old family lands among the heirs for individual ownership, or subdivide land for the individual sale of lots. We have produced many residential subdivisions, both urban and rural. Since Hurricane Katrina, requirements for flood insurance seem to be on the rise.

Blackaller Engineering has provided Elevation Certificates to our clients who are in or near a flood hazard area and wish to reduce or eliminate the cost of flood insurance. FEMA has published Flood Insurance Rate Maps that show these Special Flood Hazard Areas. Whether you want to remove your whole property, a portion of the property or just your home from the Special Flood Hazard Area, Blackaller Engineering can provide the FEMA paperwork you need for a Letter of Map Amendment, or LOMA.

We are also approved by FEMA to submit an Electronic Letter of Map Amendment, or ELOMA. Blackaller Engineering also works closely with architects and designers in topographic surveying and site planning for the design of new or expanded facilities. We also support building contractors with the layout and construction staking of jobs under contract.
